Live Well Family Medicine is absolutely an amazing clinic. The front desk staff are always attentive and really kind, they are quick to check you in and the staff in general here are awesome. I currently see Haymee Lucio, the PA there and she’s amazing. She really make’s sure to listen to everything you have to say and makes you feel seen and heard. She helped me get my health on track! My dad and I love this clinic, we have nothing but good things to say about this place. I highly recommend to anyone in search of a new place to be seen.

Dr. Perales always really listens to my concerns and though very busy, never seems to rush the visit. She presents as truly interested in helping. She is a professional in every sense of the word but at the same time, warm and caring. In all my 74 years, she is the best ever.

Dr. Perales is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. She takes care of all your needs in a friendly manner. Only complaint is I wish I found her sooner!!!

I loved Dr. Perales!! She was so kind and so informative. I have a bit of a phobia of doctors and medical things but she made me very comfortable. She made sure I fully understood what was going on with me medically and I really appreciated that. The girls in the office were very nice as well. I'm so happy to finally find a PCP in the area!
